Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency in our refund practices:

General Policy: Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent image generation despite having available credits, please contact us immediately at support@pearlframe.app.
Response Time: We will respond to all customer support and refund requests within 3 business days.
Refund Evaluation: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue refunds for:
- Documented technical failures on our end
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- Service unavailability affecting paid features
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Credits and Usage
