Yes, all your generated images are saved in your dashboard. You can access your complete image history and download them anytime from the backend.

6. What happens if image generation fails?

If image generation fails, no credits will be deducted. If you see a timeout message, please wait a moment and check your dashboard again—the task may still complete successfully.

7. Why do some images take longer to generate?

Image generation time can vary due to:

  • Quality settings: Higher resolution (e.g., 4K) requires more processing time
  • Task complexity: Images with detailed edits, especially those involving text elements, need more processing

Feel free to leave the page and check your dashboard later for the completed image.

8. What is the average image generation time?

With our minimum 1K quality setting, most images complete within 20 seconds. For complex tasks using higher quality settings (4K), generation may take up to 30 seconds.

9. How are credits consumed?

Credits are consumed per successful generation only. The amount varies based on:

  • The AI model you choose (Qwen, Flux Kontext, Nano Banana Pro)
  • The resolution setting (1K to 4K)

After subscribing, you can view detailed credit consumption rates in your dashboard.

10. What if I run out of credits and want to purchase more?

You can purchase additional credits by switching plans on the Pricing page or through your dashboard. If you have remaining credits from your previous plan, they will expire once that plan's original subscription period ends.

11. Can I combine or edit multiple images at once?

Currently, only the Ultra Plan supports uploading and processing up to 8 images in a single task, perfect for image-to-image transformations and batch editing. Other plans support single image upload per task.

12. Does uploading multiple images consume more credits?

No. Credit consumption is the same whether you upload one image, multiple images, or generate from text prompts only. You will not be charged extra for multiple uploads.

13. Can I generate NSFW or adult content?

PearlFrame allows you to adjust the safety level of generated images (feature coming soon). You can set it to the lowest restriction if needed. However, any improper use of such content is solely the user's responsibility, and PearlFrame assumes no liability.

14. Do you offer refunds?

Except in cases of platform malfunction, refunds are not available. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Remaining credits will be cleared when your current subscription period ends.

15. How do I get help with unresolved issues?

16. Is my privacy protected when using PearlFrame?
